Automatic Impact CMM
Five Star Die Casting's automatic Impact CMM with a Renishaw motorized
dual-indexing touch probe. The zinc die casting being checked is
part of a two-stage propane regulator that is used on recreational
vehicles. This set-up and program checks 70 print dimensions. The
report is printed in 3 colors to quickly highlight dimensions that
are in tolerance, near the tolerance limit, or out of tolerance.
