Swiss Machined Precision Stainless Steel Medical Components With Complex Part Features Custom Manufactured In Large Quantities

Minneapolis, Minnesota: Small, custom cylindrical components Swiss machined from 303 stainless steel and other medical grade metals are manufactured to specification from Marshall Manufacturing Company, an ISO certified manufacturer of medical components.

Part features available include turning and milling grooves and cross holes at various angles, slots, threading, knurling and flanges, to name a few. Diameters from .050 to .188 in lengths to 10 inches with very close tolerances. Additional processes include, burnishing, heat treating, electro cleaning and electro polishing. Parts are available with laser marking for part traceability. Many specialized secondary operations are also available including packaging with SPC and lot traceability.
