Straight And Contoured Needles, Surgical Instruments And Tubes With Custom Features Such As Slots, Flats, Notches, Slots And Cross Holes Now Available Custom Manufactured From Marshall Manufacturing Company

5364Minneapolis, Minnesota: Straight and contoured surgical needles, tubes and rod shaped instruments and components are custom manufactured for use in cosmetic, orthopedic, cardiac, urological and vascular procedures by Marshall Manufacturing Company.

Providing innovative solutions using the latest Swiss quality and precision machining processes, Marshall Manufacturing partners with customers to manufacture new designs for improved medical procedures such as laparoscopy and other minimally invasive procedures.

Tube and rod diameters are available in sizes starting at .064 inch. Materials include stainless steel, titanium and most medical grade metals.

Typical parts pictured show 0.125 inch diameter stainless steel rods and 0.187 inch diameter tubes with swaged tip and cross-holes as small as .015 inch and holes with connecting slots and notched areas with specially textured surfaces.

Custom points and tips are also available for these instruments as is custom 3D bending and contouring, threading, forming and grooving. Marshall Manufacturing also provides plastic over-molding of handles and grips for custom designed instruments.

Additional part features available: swaged ends larger or smaller, and special swaged shapes. A variety of hole configurations from round to special shapes can be specified.
