Custom Rotary Transfer

Custom built rotary transfer system for high production machining of gas control regulator. This machine has a four-stage indexing pallet, where it drills, taps, reams, pierces, chamfers, and punches a hole in each part. This highly automated system machines approximately 500 components per hour... up to 3,800 to 4,400 per shift.
